We can assist with any request for referrals and follow-up appointments if required, and these details are included in the information package. We have an optimised system which enables us to have the information and review each in real time. Therefore, this allows implementation of changes as fast as KindCare users change their requirements, however simple, permitting us to comply with their informed choices, changes in health and wellbeing, made available in real time to the team involved in the KindCare users care.
